Playing and worshiping together can be a beautiful and enriching experience. It fosters teamwork, builds musical (and Holy Spirit) listening skills, can lead into playing in other settings like youth group and grows kids in ownership of their faith/possible calling and gifting.

AT WORSHIP BAND CAMP WE WILL:

• BUILD A WORSHIP SET (4-6 SONGS)

• LEARN RIFFS

• WORSHIP LEADING

• BAND DIRECTION

• FIND THEIR ‘SONIC SPACE’

• IMPROVISATIONAL WORSHIP SESSIONS

  LEARN PLUG-IN & SET UP FOR INSTRUMENT

• ENCOUNTER GOD THROUGH SOME SWEET VIBES

Worship band will also involve mentorship in worship leading, praying together, following the Holy Spirit as musicians and exploring how we can grow in living lives filled with gratitude and worship!

During our 4 day camps, students are provided a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where they can experience and explore playing with each other. Bands are made up of 4-7 “band mates”. We end our week with a student-led worship night on Thursday.
